- I have a Clinical Masters Degree in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (MClinSci)

- I am a member of the Forum for Independent Psychotherapists (FIP)
- I have a Bachelors Degree in Social Psychology (BA Hons)
- I am also trained in Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT)
In addition to my private practice as a counsellor serving Ashford and Faversham and the areas surrounding Canterbury I work in a NHS community mental health setting as a highly specialist psychotherapist; I have experience as a psychotherapist in a NHS eating disorders service, I have experience and an interest in personality disorders and I've worked as a counsellor in a primary care GP setting in Canterbury .
My approach is Psychoanalytic exploring how unconscious processes impact our behaviours along with how we experience ourselves in relation to others. I am flexible with my approach to plan with you the best way for us to work together.
